Suspend 37.37 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired add 50 units/ml Polymixin B and 1mg/ml Vancomycin to the sterile medium before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
