Suspend 5.2 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically ad Ampicillin to a final concentration of 0.005 g/lit. Mix well before dispensing. |
