Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 998 ml. of sterile, molten ITC Broth Base containing 10 ml. Potassium Chlorate Supplement. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes. |
